How to fix no sound with the output video under Win Vista/7

If you are using Win Vista or 7 and the output video has no sound, you need to set the sound device first before recording and converting.

1. Click Menu button in the Preview Area.

2. Click Set Sound Device in the Menu List. Then a window will pop-up.

Set the SoundPlane Audio Device (s) as Default Playback device. (**Please note that you need to set your original Audio device as Default Playback device after the conversion finishes, here the original Audio device is Sigmatel High Definition Audio Codec.)

3. Go to Recording Tab.

Set SoundPlane Audio Device (s) Microphone as Default recording device and click OK to return to Flash to Video Converter.
